I forgot the password for my customer account

I forgot the password for my customer account!

It can be difficult to keep track of all the passwords you have and maybe you will forget them once in a while! Don't worry - you can easily reset your password!

1. Go to our forgotten password page.
2. Type the email you used to create your account on our customer page.
3. You would shortly receive an email from us - check your spam if necessary!

Are you not receiving an email? If you do not receive an email, it may be because you do NOT have an account with the specified email address!

1. Follow the instructions in the email and on the page.
2. You have now reset your password!
