How does banning work

How to ban a player

Do not want a player on your server? You can choose to exclude them from your server permanently - you do so with ban.

---

1. Go to your server.
   You are required to be an operator (OP) before you can exclude people from your server.
2. Write /ban name reason
   

   "name" should be changed to the player username & "reason" should be changed to the reason behind your ban. (You can exclude this info)

3. The player is now banned.

 

How to pardon a banned player?

Do you still not want the player banned from your server? You can also pardon them.

1. Go to your server.
   You are required to be an operator (OP) before you can exclude people from your server.
2. Write /pardon name
   

   "name" should be changed to the player username.

3. The player is now pardoned.

You can also use these commands inside the control panel of the console.
